Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our online accommodation booking platform (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

These Terms apply to:

  • Travelers/Guests who browse or make reservations

  • Hosts/Owners who list accommodations

  • All users interacting with the Platform

Commercial and sales-related rules (pricing, payments, cancellations, refunds, commissions) are detailed separately in our CGV.


Nature of the Platform

Our Platform is a marketplace that connects Travelers and Hosts.
We do not own the accommodations and are not a party to the rental contract between Traveler and Host.

We provide the following services:

  • Accommodation listing tools

  • Reservation interface

  • Communication system

  • Secure processing of operational transactions

  • Customer support

  • Platform management and updates


User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account.

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Not create fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading accounts

  • Be responsible for activities performed under their account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our platform rules.


Responsibilities of Hosts

Hosts are responsible for:

  • Listing accurate and updated accommodation information

  • Providing valid descriptions, amenities, rules, and photos

  • Ensuring compliance with local laws (permits, taxes, safety standards)

  • Communicating professionally with Travelers

  • Managing check-in/out and providing necessary instructions

We may remove or hide listings that violate quality standards or legal requirements.


Responsibilities of Travelers

Travelers agree to:

  • Read listing details carefully before booking

  • Respect Host rules (house rules, check-in times, guest limits, noise policies, etc.)

  • Maintain good behavior during their stay

  • Report issues or damages immediately

  • Leave the accommodation in reasonable condition

Failure to comply may result in penalties as defined in the Host rules.


Communication Rules

All communication between Travelers and Hosts must:

  • Stay within the Platform

  • Remain respectful and non-discriminatory

  • Never include illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content

  • Not include attempts to bypass the Platform for direct payment or off-platform bookings

We may monitor and moderate conversations to ensure safety.


Reviews and Ratings

After a stay, both Traveler and Host may leave a review.

Users agree that reviews must:

  • Be honest and based on real experiences

  • Not include offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory language

  • Not contain personal data of others (emails, phone numbers, etc.)

We may remove reviews that violate these rules.


Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Misuse the Platform

  • Create false listings or fake reservations

  • Attempt to bypass the Platform’s payment system

  • Upload illegal or harmful content

  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users

  • Interfere with the Platform’s technical infrastructure

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior

Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.


Liability and Limitations

The Platform is not responsible for:

  • Misleading or inaccurate Host listings

  • Traveler or Host behavior during the stay

  • Property loss, theft, accidents, injuries, or damages

  • Service interruptions caused by external factors

  • Local law compliance by Hosts

  • Any disputes arising between Travelers and Hosts

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.


Intellectual Property

All Platform content (logos, design, text, images, software) is protected and cannot be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

Users retain rights to content they upload but grant the Platform permission to display and use it in connection with their listing or profile.


Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect

  • How we use it

  • How it is stored and protected

  • User rights (access, deletion, modification)

Users must read and understand the Privacy Policy.


Security

Users agree to:

  • Protect their login information

  • Notify us of suspicious activity

  • Not engage in hacking, scraping, or unauthorized access

Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of major changes.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
