VEHICLE RENTAL POLICY

Thank you for choosing our rental services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the rental of any vehicle, including cars, motorcycles, scooters, vans, and other motor vehicles. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Eligibility Requirements
   • The renter must meet the minimum age requirement as specified at the time of booking.
   • A valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle category is required.
   • An international driving permit may be required for foreign license holders.
   • The renter must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport.

2. Booking and Payment
   • All rentals must be confirmed with valid identification and payment details.
   • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
   • A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle handover.
   • Rental charges are based on the selected vehicle type and rental duration.

3. Security Deposit
   • A security deposit will be held to cover potential damages, fines, fuel discrepancies, or violations of the rental agreement.
   • The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected, subject to any applicable deductions.

4. Vehicle Condition
   • The vehicle will be provided in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
   • The renter must inspect the vehicle before departure and report any existing damage.
   • The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.

5. Use of Vehicle
   • The vehicle must only be driven by the authorized renter or approved additional drivers.
   • The vehicle must not be used for racing, illegal activities, off-road driving (unless specified), or commercial transport unless authorized.
   • Subleasing or transferring the vehicle to another party is strictly prohibited.

6. Fuel Policy
   • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
   • Refueling charges will apply if returned with less fuel.

7. Insurance and Liability
   • Basic insurance coverage is included unless otherwise stated.
   • The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance or resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of traffic laws.
   • In case of accident, theft, or damage, the renter must notify us immediately and provide a police report where required.

8. Traffic Fines and Violations
   • The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, toll charges, parking violations, or legal penalties incurred during the rental period.

9. Return of Vehicle
   • The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time.
   • Late returns may incur additional charges.
   • Early returns do not guarantee a refund unless previously agreed.

10. Maintenance and Breakdowns
    • The renter must monitor basic vehicle conditions such as fuel, tire pressure, and warning lights.
    • In case of breakdown, contact us immediately for assistance. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted without prior approval.

11. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation terms depend on the booking type and timing.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will follow the agreed cancellation conditions.

12. Prohibited Conduct
    • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
    • Reckless driving or intentional damage will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
